Sorting & Aging

Hand RollingThe Torcedor (cigar roller) uses a Chaveta (half-moon knife) and a wooden board to perfectly combine selected filler, binder and wrapper. A skilled roller can complete only 60-150 cigars per day, depending on the format.

Aging & Packaging
Aging & PackagingFinished cigars rest in the Escaparate (aging room) for weeks to months, allowing the flavors of filler, binder and wrapper to fully marry. Finally, the Escogedora (color sorter) arranges them by wrapper shade for boxing.
